A neighborhood staple in New York’s Upper East Side neighborhood, Uncorked Wine & Tapas, was in need of a new look when new owners took over the quaint local favorite in 2012. Wanting to reach to out to new, young blood in the neighborhood without alienating long time regulars, we decided on a modern rebranding with colors and motifs that harken back to classic New York art-deco design, mixing new with the old. Contemporary, yet classic. More of this can be seen in the print collateral I designed for the bar. A palette of lush magentas and dark muted purples unite the bar’s interior design, facade, menus, website and promotional materials.
